The Super Affiliate System – Is It Legit?

Affiliate Marketing Advice You Can Count On!

By Admin No Comments

Let’s get right to it and start by answering the question; What is Affiliate Marketing?

The most basic definition of Affiliate marketing is that it’s the process of promoting the products and services of other people or companies for which you earn commissions on sales.

Essentially you find a product or service you like in a niche you have an interest in, and promote it to others via any number of different marketing channels, which can include; SEO, PPC, blogging, social media, display ads, email lists, and many others. You earn a certain percentage of the profit for each sale you get.

This is a win/win/win situation for all:

  • The product owner is happy because they got a new sale that they probably would not have gotten otherwise.
  • You are happy because you made money.
  • The customer is happy because they got something they were wanting or needing.

There are affiliate programs for just about any niche or industry you can possibly think of, so there’s almost always something to promote. That makes starting an affiliate business quite simple.

Now, let’s look at a real life example of affiliate marketing (featuring yours truly)…

At the time of writing this there is a new internet marketing product launching in a few days called the “100K Factory Revolution” and I am an affiliate for this product.

So, I created a video and a blog post to review the product. Here is the video which also contains a link to the blog post:

If you watch the video and subsequently go to the blog post review that it is directing you to visit, you will then see links to the product itself. If you feel this is a product that could benefit you then you will click on the link and buy it. If you do that, I will earn a commission for the sale (and I truly thank you for it).

That is a live example of affiliate marketing for you. Pretty cool, isn’t it?!

One of the best things about affiliate marketing is that you don’t have to invest all the time and effort into creating a product/service to sell or deal with updates, customer service, refunds, and all that other stuff nobody likes to do. You can literally start selling something as an affiliate today if you really want to!

This is something I have been doing as a part of my online business pretty much since I started it way back in 2003. Affiliate marketing has been very good to me and I truly think that just about anyone can do it successfully if they are willing to put in the effort. It’s not difficult, but it’s not easy either.

Here are 2 things I Have Found to be Very Important for Affiliate Marketing Success:

  1. I personally only recommend products & services as an affiliate that I know are high quality. These are things that either I have actually used and benefited from myself, or at the very least, I am quite familiar with the creators of it and know them to have a solid reputation of exceptional quality. If I’m not 100% confident in it or I don’t absolutely feel it will positively benefit people than I will not affiliate with the company, individual, product, or service.
  2. I rarely, if ever, straight up tell someone to purchase something. I tend to recommend things based on my own experiences, or those of people I know and trust, and in the context of what I have done or what I am doing. The decision is ultimately up to each individual on whether they feel the product is for them or not.

You don’t have to follow the same rules as I do in order to become a successful affiliate marketer. In fact, a lot of people don’t. However, I feel it is very important to your success as well as to the vendors and customers for you to be honest, ethical, and upfront in your affiliate marketing efforts. That’s how real businesses are built and sustained!

This is what has helped me grow my affiliate business exponentially over time, so I encourage you to follow along.

An Affiliate Marketing Strategy That Works

By Admin 1 Comment

Here’s a variation of a free affiliate marketing strategy that I have used several times over the years to get a lot of affiliate sales. It can be a great way to make some extra money online and every once in a while it works well enough to pull in some major money that can continue to come in for a long time. It’s not overly complicated or very difficult to do. It can also be done for free or very cheap, so almost anyone can do it if you are prepared to take the time and do the steps necessary to make it work. The hardest part is usually finding the right niches to promote, and then all it takes is some time and effort.

Anyway, here are the steps you need to take in order to make money from this free affiliate marketing strategy:

1) Research and find a potentially profitable niche market.

There are plenty of research tools, information products, articles, and tons of other resources that will teach you how to research niches or actually help you do it. This topic would be an entire (very long) post in itself so I won’t go into detail on how to do it here. Just do some searching on Google how to do niche research or how to find profitable niches and you shouldn’t have much trouble finding information on how to do this step.

2) Find an affiliate product in the niche you chose.

Once you have found a good niche you need to find an affiliate product to promote so you can make money from your work. You can usually find an information product for about any niche on Clickbank — but if you can’t find one there you should be able to find one by searching on Google or on other affiliate marketplaces.

Here are some popular affiliate marketplaces to check out if you don’t find what you are looking for on Clickbank:

* Shareasale
* Linkshare
* Commission Junction
* Paydotcom

3) Write a review and post it on a blogger blog.

Write a review of the affiliate product you found in step two and make it a good one. You need to really give the pros and cons of the product in your review. Don’t make it all positive because that is not believable to your visitors. Every product has something negative about it. Dig deep and write something that is much better than the average review you see all over the internet about products and services. This is one of the most important parts of this affiliate marketing strategy because it’s where you funnel your visitors who will hopefully buy from your affiliate link, so don’t slack off here!

To do this right you should actually have the product to check out and write a real review of it. This might mean having to bite the bullet and actually purchase it. However, you can usually get it for free if you email the owner and tell them that you plan to promote it and you have a very good strategy for doing so, but you want a review copy first. They are potentially losing out on a lot of money if you decide not to promote it so it’s in their best interest to give you a copy.

You also need to start a blog to post this review on unless you already have a review blog with a lot of authority, but I suggest starting a new one so it’s all about this one particular product. Don’t worry this is free and very easy to do. Just head over to blogger.com and follow the steps to start one. Make your blog title and address(URL) something that reflects the niche and product you are reviewing.

4) Post a high quality “main article” on another general topic blog.

This step works best if you already have a “general” blog with some authority that isn’t specific to any niche to post on. But most people don’t have those and it’s okay, you can simply start one using any free blogging platform of your choice (blogger, wordpress, typepad, etc…) or actually get a domain and host to set one up on.

Write a long, useful, well thought out, informative post on a popular topic related to the niche you picked in step one and the product you picked in step two. This shouldn’t just be a quick post you write up like you might on a daily basis or maybe like you would if you planned to just submit it to directories. You want this to be some very high quality work and quite a bit longer than your average article. Post this article on your general blog with keyword anchored links in it that point to the review you posted in step three.

5) Write a few more articles to submit to article directories.

This is where you write at least three articles and submit them to article directories. These should still be of good quality and useful but they don’t have to be as awesome as the one you wrote in step four. They should obviously be on a topic related to the niche you picked in step one just like everything should be in this strategy.

Submit these articles to anywhere from three to five of the top article directories. Here are some good ones to get you started:

http://www.ezinearticles.com
http://www.articlesbase.com
http://www.goarticles.com

6) Build a Squidoo Lens, Hubpage, and Infobarrel around the niche.

Write up a few more articles or pages of quality content on various topics related to the niche. Build a squidoo lens, a hub, and an infobarrel to post this content on. This should be really good content that is well-written and keeps the readers attention but leaves them wanting to click the links you will post to your main article. This will take you some time but it’s worth it. Make sure to link all three of them to the main article you wrote in step four with keyword anchored links.

7) Link everything to the main article you posted on your general blog and link that article to the blogger blog review.

This isn’t actually a step of its own as it should have already been done. But it’s very important and ties in with other steps above and I wanted to be sure you got it…

Link every article you submit in step five and every page you build in step six to the main article you wrote on your general blog in step four. And link the article you wrote in step four to the review you wrote in step three. All with keyword anchored links.

Re-read the above paragraph carefully as it might sound a little confusing at first but it’s really not.

8) Submit the main article on your general blog to social media sites.

Finally, you want to submit the link of the blog post you wrote in step four to several social bookmarking sites. This is just for a little extra link juice and a quick traffic boost to get everything flowing. Don’t expect to make any sales from these visitors, although you might get a few if you’re lucky.

Here are several popular social bookmarking sites to submit it to:

Facebook
Twitter
Digg
Delicious
Slashdot
Stumbleupon

That’s it! Now you just sit back and wait for the money to roll in… And pray it does! ;-)

Doing all of these steps exactly as explained above should bring in some direct traffic and sales pretty quickly but more importantly it helps to boost your main article and review in the search engine rankings, which will hopefully bring in traffic and sales for a long time into the future.

Every step of this strategy is important but it all starts with researching and finding good niches to target. Fail to do that and it probably won’t work. You need niches that don’t have an overload of competition but do have enough of a buying market for you to make money from.

It all sounds like a lot of work and it kind of is, but you have to do these sorts of things if you want to really make money online. It’s not difficult to do and can be done pretty quickly once you get the hang of it. This free affiliate marketing strategy won’t always work for everyone and it certainly won’t work well every time you do it, but it can be a great way to earn an affiliate income if done correctly and consistently. The more you do it will add up over time and could increase your income significantly.

Now, you just need to get started!

Why Are You Failing at Affiliate Marketing?

By Admin No Comments

Often times when you read articles or blogs posts about affiliate marketing they say how easy it is and how anyone can make a full-time income doing it. But you have tried and failed, so what is the problem? Well, first of all, let me tell you that making money online with affiliate marketing is not nearly as easy as some people would like you to believe. Yes, it is relatively easy to get started in and it is certainly possible to earn a lot of money as an affiliate marketer, but just like anything else, there is a lot of learning and hard work that needs to be done before you will become successful.

Now, it is also possible that you are making some common affiliate marketing mistakes and that’s the reason why you are failing. In this post I will discuss 5 possible reasons why you might not have found success as an affiliate marketer yet.

1) You aren’t treating it as a serious business.

You can’t treat this as a hobby or something you are going to “try out” for a little while to see if you can make some money. It just doesn’t work that way if you really want to succeed. Affiliate marketing is a real business and must be treated as such or you are doomed to fail.

2) You want everything to be free.

It is possible to make money with affiliate marketing for free but if you are set on not spending any money at all then you are making it a lot harder on yourself. Many aspiring affiliate marketers fail because they expect to do everything for free and quit as soon as they find out they have to spend a little money. You don’t have to spend a lot but it’s a good idea to at least invest in your own domain, website, and hosting. Plus, spending a little for tools, resources, and marketing can only help.

3) Using content/ads provided by affiliate programs.

Most affiliate programs offer resources for their affiliates to use in their marketing efforts such as sample ads, emails, articles, keywords, and so on. That’s great but you need to be sure you are changing them significantly before using them. Every affiliate gets the same ones and there’s nothing worse than seeing hundreds of the exact same advertisement all over the internet from different affiliate marketers. You can’t use the same things as everyone else if you want to be successful.

4) Spreading yourself to thin.

You can only do so much in a day so spreading yourself around to a bunch of different things means you are spending a very little amount of effort on any one thing. Find one or two good affiliate programs and a few proven marketing methods then focus your energy on those things. Finding a system that works is the best way to become successful with an affiliate marketing business.

5) You’re selfish.

Obviously you want to make money but if that is the only thing you care about then it could be hurting your affiliate marketing efforts. Focus more on the wants and needs of your target market instead of trying to squeeze every dollar you can out of them and you will find the money will actually come easier that way. Start thinking about others instead of thinking about yourself all the time and success will come.

Basically what I am saying is that you simply need to change your attitude and mindset if you want your affiliate marketing business to succeed. You can earn a great income as an affiliate marketer but don’t think it is going to come easily or quickly.
